Item(s) purchased from KOSHERFOOTWEAR.COM must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. To return an item(s) for a refund just send in order the original invoice number and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned via our contact page. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. All return claims will be responded to with a forwarding address within two business days of being filed.
We do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from KOSHERFOOTWEAR.COM and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
